I thought I will have a few more years of mud-free clothing. At least not until the boys go to school and come back with soiled clothing as I am imagining will happen. Part of me wants to pull Lucas back from running into puddles and splashing around, but the other part of me says, "He is a kid, let him play!"I guess I lost to the half of me that screams freedom to play.

I cringe also! I'm trying very hard to keep a straight face when Ruby sits on muddy grass or wet pavement, etc...
