At Joe Fortes Seafood restaurant - January 2010I was excited. To be able to savour my food and enjoy the company of good friends and actually make real conversations, uninterrupted by any cry for attention from a 2.5+ foot little person.
Our neighbour's daughter is an excellent babysitter. Lucas was really good and thoroughly enjoyed her company. I had to make sure Linus was put to bed before we left the house. I was not confident he would take it as easily as his brother did if he had seen us walk out of the door.
We had a great time. And I am waiting in great anticipation for our next one!
