Went to Horizons Restaurant up at Burnaby Mountain for din. West Coast feast. Great food and service. Known for being "the restaurant with the best view".
Been there twice, and both times, it was a dark, rainy day, where we can see nothing but our reflection through the windows. But we had a great time. The chocolate mousse cake is to die for!

Pan seared with five spice poached apple and caramelized yams
Stella had this, it was yummy too.
Meanwhile, the guys are almost half-done with their tenderloins and too busy for any photos.
