Flown in from Singapore. Yes. Yes. Yes! We were eating Roti Prata (from some hawker centre in Singapore) here in Vancouver, together with a very shiok chicken curry and for me, Kosong has to be eaten with sugar. Oh yeah."Shiok" - derived from the Malay language, meaning fantastic, marvellous
"Kosong" - Malay language, which means "nothing". Roti Prata Kosong means "plain", no egg etc.
