I love my job. The flexibility of time-management and the opportunity for me to still spend quality time with my boys. I had to go downtown for business on Friday and the boys had to come with me. After I was done with work, I decided to bring the boys to explore Yaletown since it was such a beautiful day. We had a great time just strolling, pausing to look at the geese, the rowers in the waters, the sculptures along the street and the rare sight of very tall buildings everywhere for us suburbanites.
The highlight of the day for Lucas was the visit to the Train at Roundhouse Community Centre. He was so thrilled to hop on board. When it was time to leave, it was a struggle. But every bit worth it.
