Meet Ruby!

This is Ruby at 2.5 weeks old. She is such a sweetheart. I forgot how tiny newborns could be and it felt strangely unfamiliar to hold a newborn. She is so mild I don't think I heard her cry or even whimper for the whole time we were visiting.

We went over to Seattle to visit Dot, Jay and Baby Ruby sometime back and it's great Lucas could meet with Ruby. Would Lucas and Ruby be second cousins if Ruby's momma and I are cousins? I think so.
